Q Do you pack the storage container for
me?
A No, you pack your own Pack and Store container. We will drop
the container at your location and give you enough time to pack
it yourself. In the event that you cannot pack the container yourself,
we would be happy to discuss options that will give you assistance
in the packing process.
Q My real-estate agent has suggested I move
a number of things out while she is showing my house. Can you
pick up a container at my current home and deliver it to my new
house?
A Yes, provided you are living in and moving to a location in
the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we will gladly service your needs.
In fact, mobile storage has become a very popular service for
people on the move.
Q I live in a house and want to store my
patio furniture, and summer items in the winter. Is the container
big enough?
A Seasonal storage is one of the most popular reasons why people
are turning to mobile storage solutions. Instead of putting bikes,
patio gear, even pool equipment in a garage, people enjoy the
convenience of putting all seasonal non-essentials in a Pack and
Store container and avoiding garage and basement clutter.
Q I don’t live in a house - I live
in an apartment. Can I use your Pack and Store service?
A In most cases, the answer is yes. Our advice is to check with
your building’s superintendent first. Generally speaking,
we deliver the Pack and Store containers to the building’s
loading area.
Q Is there a minimum rental period?
A Our billing period is done every month on your move in date.
Customers can elect to use the container for shorter time periods
but the minimum storage charge is for one months storage.
Q What if I need to get something from the container while
it is in storage?
A Your container is stored in a secure, heated and very clean
warehouse. If you need to get access simply call us at least 24
hours in advance of when you want to get access and we will arrange
to have your container set out at our warehouse and available
for you to access. Our warehouse hours are Monday–Saturday
from 9-6. After hours and Sunday accessibility is available. Please
call 1-866-330-7225 to set-up an appropriate time.
Q Where are our containers stored?
A Our current location is 45 Esandra Drive, Toronto, ON, M4G 4C5,
Unit 2. It is conveniently located close to Highway 401 and Leslie,
near the intersection of Laird and Eglinton. We will be adding
more locations in the central and eastern GTA as required.
Q Are my contents insured?
A We provide insurance for your contents in the event of theft
or fire up to a maximum declared value of $5,000. Our clients
may obtain a higher insurance coverage directly through our insurance
provider. For a more detailed description of our insurance, please

Q What are the costs?
A The monthly storage rate is $145.00 per container. In addition
to the monthly storage rate, we charge $107.62 for the initial transportation
which gets the empty container(s) (up to 5) to your residence
and then picked up and delivered to our warehouse. When you want
the container(s) re-delivered to your residence, we charge $100
for the transportation to drop off the full container(s) and then
return to pick up the empties.
